Spiderman is from Marvel and Batman is from DC. Spiderman can shoot webs out of his hands. Batman has gadgets. They both have strength and agility.

Batman would win because after he dies, the Joker or Zsasz would get angry that they weren't the ones who killed him, and they would hunt Spiderman down.
