i meant a Really Good attack mixed with another RPG character's attack.

I don't really know anything about neo metal sonic but I do know that kamehameha is ecslusive to db characters.

In MUGEN you can make anyone do anything.

I just thought it'd be kinda strange if someone like Mario used Thunderbolt or something.

Well he is a robot so it makes sense he can use lightning.
But I guess you have a point.
Sonic or mario couldn't use it.
