Darkstalkers. There were 3 in the series, and this premiered in the third installment of the series. She also appeared in Marvel vs. Capcom 2.

Wow, this girl reminds me of Lil Red from Shrek 2 the video game. She was my fave character. Did you hear about the Little Red Riding Hood movie being made? A sexy-horror. Seriously!

No, I haven't heard of the movie. And this girl is based off of Little Red Riding hood, so she should remind of you of her (lol). I may add some attacks later.
