The Journey

'Ugh!' Luke sighed.
'What's wrong?' Asked Sean.
'I have to go home, just got a Pokemail from my mum saying to get there quickly,' she replied.
As Luke walked to the train station, she paused.
Like there was a presence.
She looked behind her, and saw a cat.
'Glameow?' Luke said as saw it.
'Purr-UGLY!' It replied.
'Gah!' Luke yelled as she dodged, ducked, rolled and then fell.
'She chose for Gastly, but out came something else.
It was shaped like a triangle, but had hands.
(I will finish soon, I plan to catch this pokemon, have to go to school, see ya.)

OK, lets start.)
'Damn it, stupid cat!' yelled Luke.
As she was about to run up and punch it with her not broken hand, she seen it inn a corner with a purple spotlight over it's head, looking sad. (What happens in the Pokemon anime when they are sad.)
She threw an Ultra Ball.
It was caught.
(That is it. This gu will be a comic relief character.)

Sean got out of the forest he had been trekking through for days.
He looked around and saw the thing he had hoped for.
A huge city with food and hotels to stay in was displayed out in front of him.
He ran into the town and immediately went to a restaurant.
He ordered all the most expensive dishes.
When the bill came, Sean's mouth dropped open.
"Uh oh," he said. "There was nothing in his bag except for empty pokeballs and other pokemon supplies."
He had forgotten to make some money!
He had been avoiding battles with other trainers because he was so eager to explore.
He quickly called on duskull to use hypnosis on the waiter.
He fell asleep and Sean made his getaway.
"Good job duskull," he praised as duskull looked proud.
"It's probably a good time to let my pokemon get some fresh air. Come on out guys!"
Treeko and Kirlia burst out of their pokeballs.
He looked around for a cheap hotel but there seemed to be only houses or first class hotels.
Sean groaned.
"Why do you look so sad?"
(SC, this is where your character comes in. Everyone, SC has to make the next post. SUDK, you can make another post because you're in a completely different spot then us.)

Luke was walking sadly home, she was hoping to meet a new friend in that town.
As she walked through her door, her mum said hello.
'Why did I have to come home mum?' asked Luke.
'I wanted to show you someone!' answered her mum.
Luke's eyes bulged out of her head.
'Dwayne!' yelled Luke.
(Soon, the answers will be clear.)

(You can call me StayPuft if it's easier, people just called me SP cause it was shorter for StayPuft, so I changed my name to SP, cause I thought it made a bit more sense or... something like that. And I haven't RPed ever before, so, well, yeah).

"Why do you look so sad?" Fera said.
"Wha-? Oh, uh, it's nothing, really," Sean said. "Just, uh, I can't seem to find a cheap motel anywhere."
"Oh. Well, there aren't too many of those left anywhere around here. Most of them either ran out of business or were bought out by larger hotels," Fera explained.
"Oh, well then, I guess that my search for finding a cheap place to stay is futile, then?"
"Well... I WAS meaning to leave this place for a while, but, if you REALLY need some place to stay, I guess you could come back to my house for the evening."
Sean was surprised at the generosity of this complete stranger.
"Well, if I really need someplace to stay, then I guess I don't have a choice, do I?" Sean said.
"Well, better hurry up then, that waiter you put to sleep is getting up."
Sean looked through the window of the restaurant and saw the waitor stirring. "Uh-oh," he thought, and he ran after Fera, his Pokémon right behind him.
"By the way, what's your name?" Sean asked, just catching up.
"Oh, it's Fera," she said. "Yours?"
"Mine's Sean."

(And I thought your Treecko evolved, ShadowGizoid87)?

(Oh yeah. I forgot he evolved. And SP, you're really good at this. You're a good writer.)
"Do you live on your own?" Sean asked.
"Well, my father is usually busy fishing," she answered. "My mom takes care of me."
"I hope she'll be ok with me sleeping at your place. I'm so tired, I've been trekking through that forest for days!"
"So you can get a job when you're not so tired?"
"Yeah but I just need to sleep. Do you think your mom would mind if I ate a little bit of anything? I was probably going to catch and eat a raw fish!"
Fera laughed "Sure. I don't think my mom would mind."
They neared the house and they had become friends.
(I needed to stop there because I didn't know what your house looked like. The way I want the story to go is for me to get you started on your pokemon journey. Like, you ask me what those things are and I say you don't know anything about pokemon? And then maybe I help you catch one of your own. You don't have to do that, it's just a suggestion. Then you could join me and Luke and it could be a trio like ash, misty and brock.)

As they neared the house, Sean was a bit surprised. It was a bit smaller than he imagined. Maybe not everyone here was as rich as he thought?
Fera opened the door. "Hey, MOM!" She yelled.
"Yeah?!" A voice yelled from inside. "What is it, honey? Give up on your adventure already"
"Well, uh, not exactly, mom. I have a friend here that would like to spend the night. Is that alright?"
"Oh, sure," the voice said. "Tell your friend to make himself comfortable."
"I think you heard her," Fera said. "Let's go in."
As they walked through the house, Sean admired all the fishing relics that littered the walls. "My dad LOVES to bring back stuff from work. Whenever something catches his eye, he saves it, then pins it up on the wall somewhere."
They headed down the stairs, then entered a door that Sean at first thought lead to the basement, but instead it opened up to a bedroom.
"Here is the guest bedroom," she said. "Make yourself and your Pokémon comfortable."
"Thank you," Sean said. "Do you have any Pokémon of your own? Maybe we could battle later... after I have gotten some rest."
"Oh, well, ya see... that's part of the reason why I was leaving. I don't really enjoy my father's profession, and if I don't leave soon, I'm bound to be stuck here fishing for the rest of my life. So, I decided to become a trainer, and try to catch a Pokémon by myself, but then I bumped into you."
"Oh, well... how about this," Sean said. "How about..." (You finish the sentence).

"How about you come along with us? My friend had to return home urgently but she'll be back soon."
"That sounds great!" She exclaimed. "The only problem is I don't have a pokemon."
"That's fine. Tomorrow morning, we go into that forest and catch you one."
"Great! We should get to sleep though, it's pretty late."
"Ok, we'll get up bright and early. Good night"
"You too" she said as the house was plunged into darkness.
The next morning, they both got ready to go.
Sean went and bought some more supplies for Fera.
They met at the entrance to the dark forest.
"Ready?" Sean asked.
"As ready as I'll ever be," she replied.
And together, they plunged into the darkness of the forest.

As soon as Sean and Fera had entered the forest, it started to storm.
And Luke was running up to them from behind.
'Sean!' Luke yelled.
'Hey!' yelled a boy running behindher. He was about her age and had short, spiked fair hair.
'Luke, who's your friend?' asked Sean.
'Well, that's what I needed to go home for. This is my childhood friend. He's name is Dwayne and he wanted to ask me to join him on he's Journey. I said I was on a journey, can he join us?' asked Luke.
'Sure.' said Sean.
'Hey, nice to meet you, I'm Fera!' said the other girl. She shook my hand, an then Dwayne's.
'So, what Pokemon do you have Dwayne?' asked Sean.
'I only have one, but he's badass. GO, NINCADA!' Dwayne yelled.
Suddenly, a Nincada popped out of the Pokeball.
(We can all control Dwayne 100%, he is a shared character.)

"A nincada," Sean said. "I bet you can't wait until that thing evolves into ninjask."
"Yeah," he said. "Well, I didn't join up with you to chat, lets go!"
"Fera doesn't have a pokemon yet so we're going to get her one." Sean explained.
"Sounds good," Luke said. "Lets go."
Suddenly, something wriggled under a bush.
"Duskull!" Sean yelled. "Night shade!"
Duskull burst out of his pokeball and hit the pokemon in the bush.
The pokemon jumped out in front of them.
It was a ........!

It was a Buizel!
It was really weakened by the Night Shade, and looked like it was about to fall over.
"Hey Sean," Fera said. "Lemme see one of your empty Pokéballs, alright?"
"Sure," Sean said, and handed her a Pokéball.
"Okay... here goes nothing!" Fera said, as she threw the Pokéball at the Pokémon.
The Buizel went into the Pokéball.
The Pokéball started shaking. Buizel, not having fainted, was trying to escape the ball.
"C'mon, c'mon," Fera said under her breath.
Finally, it ball stopped moving.
Buizel was caught!

As Buizel was caught, Purugly jumped out of it's Pokeball and started chewing on Buizel's Pokeball.
'Hey Luke, when did you catch a Purugly?' Sean asked.
'On my way home, he tried to kill me,' Luke replied.
'And you kept it!?' yelled Sean.
'Well, I love cats!' Luke replied.
'Give that back twerp!' yelled Fera.
Purugly obeyed, then started runing in squares.
Not circles, squares.
Then he went back into the pokeball.
'We'd better go somewhere, it's started raining,' said Luke.
'Well, it's too far from the city,' said Fera.
'Is that a cave over there?' asked Dwayne.
They hid in the cave.
'RRRAAAWWRRR!' they heard deep within the cave.
'Is it safe in there?' asked Luke.
'Probably not, that's an Ursaring's roar!' Fera said.
'Well, we have no choice, do we,' said Dwayne as we pulled Luke by the arm towards the cave.

The four friends huddled together inside the cave to try to dry off.
The roars from inside the cave were getting louder.
"The Ursaring... its getting closer," Fera said, nervously.
Footsteps could be heard now.
"Maybe we should find another cave," Luke said.
Then, it appeared.
An Ursaring, towering above them at a little over 5 feet, it roared again, and it seemed to shake the ground.

"Any bright ideas?" Fera said.

The Ursaring walked up to Luke's face and roared.
She let out a scared squeak.
Then the Ursaring turned to Sean.
He did the same as Luke.
Dwayne had made a run for it.
Then it faced Fera.
Fera...

Fera did something that she promised herself she would never do again. She make a fart noise with her mouth, then lightly slapped the beast's face. She then ran back outside of the cave, with the Ursaring in hot pursuit.
"Go, Buizel!" She said, and Buizel popped out of its Pokéball.
"What are you, NUTS?!" Luke yelled from inside the cave.
"Not yet," Fera replied. "Not yet."
Ursaring towered over the small weasel-like Pokémon. However, what the giant Pokémon forgot was that Buizel's ability was Swift Swim; in the rain, Buizel's speed increased. What Buizel lacked in power against the hibernating Pokémon, he could make up for in speed in the rain, and even then some, because all of Buizel's water-typed attacks were also powered up.
"Buizel, use Aqua Jet!" Fera yelled. Buizel sped up quickly and smashed into Ursaring, making the Pokémon almost lose its balance. However, Ursaring also looked like that the attack did nothing.
"Ah, crap," Fera said. "This isn't good..."

The Ursaring stared at Buizel.
It's eyes started watering and he ran, sat down behind Luke and Sean and started crying.
'Um...What just happened?' asked Luke.
'I'm not sure,' replied Sean.
Then they heard an even louder stomping.
'BZZT!...Ursaring, LVL 30. Approaching, Ursaring, LVL 59.' said Luke's Pokedex.
'Wait, this Ursaring had only just evolved which means...' said Luke.
'The one approaching must be it's parent!' screamed Fera.

The mother smashed through the trees.
"GO!" Sean yelled. "I'll hold it off! Go grov... hey!"
The baby usurand had smashed his backpack off his back and it contained all his pokeballs.
"NO!" Luke cried. "SEAN!!"
Sean was surrounded.
He decided to go for the weak one and since his dad had been a great fighter, he decided to try his hand at some martial arts.
He lunged at the baby and smashed it in the nose with a punch.
Luke watch in awe as she liked him more and more.
"RUN!" Sean yelled. "He's overpowering me!"
But luke didn't listen, instead she called out a pokemon.
"GO .........!"

(Holy crap, wasn't there a gym in that city!?)
'Cyndaquil!'
But what came out wasn't a Cyndaquil. It looked like a ferret with a flaming scarf.
'Quilava!' she yelled in excitement. 'Use Flame Wheel!'
Quilava obeyed and turned into a wheel.
The wheel was made of flame.
The flaming wheel rammed right into Ursaring's chest.
The Ursaring was scarred a little.
The Ursaring attacked and blasted Luke's arm with a Hyper Beam!
The young Ursaring realised what was happenning and tried to stop it's parent.
Luke was in pain, her arm was nearly gone!
Sean quickly picked up one of he's Pokeballs.
'GO _____! Help Quilava!' Sean yelled.

"Grovyle!" yelled Sean. "Hold the parent off as much as you can with everything you've got!"
Sean rushed over to luke and opened his backpack.
Luke saw how prepared he was.
There was a first aid kit, everything a pokemon trainer needed, clothes and more.
"It was a blast so it doesn't need to be disinfected. Just don't use it for a while! Sean yelled while he put on a bandage.
"Thanks Sean, I owe you one." She said.
"No problem," He replied. But we need to help our pokemon.
"Grovyle! Solar beam!" Sean yelled over the roar of the mother ursurang.
He charged up a yellow light in his mouth.
"Luke! He needs time to charge it!" He yelled. "Tell quilava to stall her!"
But the mother usrsuang knew what they were doing.
She knew the solar beam could easily make her faint so she went for grovyle.
"LUKE!!" He yelled as loud as he could. "MAKE QUILAVA USE ANYTHING, JUST DISTR."
A huge roar came from the ursurang drowned out Sean's last few words.
Quilava, on it's own, had used flamethrower!
"Ok quilava!" Luke yelled. "Use _______!

(Isn't it storming? Grovyle would take days to charge Solarbeam.)
'The move!' yelled Luke.
'What move?' asked Fera.
'I bought a TM back in my home town. I taught Cyndaquil to use it wisely.' Luke yelled over the top of yet another roar.
Quilava had a yellow ball in he's mouth.
'HYPER BEAM!' yelled Luke.
Quilava let a small Hyper Beam out at the Ursaring.
Then he ran around, and used another small one.
Then in a last ditch effort, jumped onto the Ursaring's head.
The Ursaring's eyes seemed to widen as Quilava charged a FULL Hyper Beam.

The Ursaring tried to fling Quilava off of its head. Quilava was having a hard time staying on, for charging a Hyper Beam took a lot of energy.
Fera saw this, and told Buizel to use Growl.
Buizel obeyed, and a steady Growl hit Ursaring, making it's Attack fall and made it lose a bit of focus on Quilava.
That's all the time Quilava needed to finish charging.
IMMA FIRING MAH LAZAH
Quilava let out a huge blast that devastated the Ursaring, and it fainted.
Quilava fell onto the ground, and started resting. It couldn't do much else because Hyper Beam takes a LOT of energy.

Quilava used the equivelant of two Hyper Beams, so he's resting good.
Luke ran up and hugged Quilava.
'Don't the flames hurt?' asked Fera.
'Yes, but I don't care!' Luke replied as she squeezed Quilava.
She started crying.
Her Pokemon had saved not only her life, but her friends lives aswell.
Even risking fatal wounds.
'The Ursaring could have killed us all in a few seconds. Thank you Quilava!' Luke yelled.
Quilava's flames were getting dimmer. It wasn't dying.
It just felt warm enough already.
